Originally appearing on the self-titled debut Dr. Bacon EP (2015), Behave (2022) is a reimagined version of an early Bacon tune with their 2022 lineup. For the first time on an official release, Matt Gornto and Rory Joseph (both of whom joined the band in 2020) are featured on bass and guitar, respectively. Gornto also helmed the production and engineered additional overdubs on the track, which was recorded by Chris Salvato at Weird Music Studios in Columbus, Ohio while the band was touring in the area. Behave is an electrifying reinterpretation of a longtime fan favorite & live show staple that showcases how the Dr. Bacon sound has grown and matured through nearly a decade of musical exploits, and the song is a potent taste of what the most recent Dr. Bacon lineup is capable of.
